We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone and through various software platforms.
Dependent on experience, the salary on offer is up to £33,000 plus commission.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilise CRM to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Account management expereince desirable
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
