Salary: £30,000 base salary with realistic OTE of £50,000
Location: Biggleswade
Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding their market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and a passion for building relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospect and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within retail or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and self motivated approach
