Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Processing sales orders and quotations via either telephone or email.
- Checking data accuracy in customer orders
- Providing a first class customer experience
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop quotations, acting as a liaison between different departments
- Administration, coordination, and organisation of customer orders
Person Spec:
- Experience within a similar role (sales administration)
- Natural customer service skills
- Familiar with using CRM systems
- Friendly telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to work well under pressure
