Job Description
Recruitment Index are currently looking for a talented Online Customer Service Adviser to join a rapidly growing business based in Biggleswade.
If you are a motivated, friendly and well rounded people person with a passion for customer satisfaction, then this may be the job for you!
Key details:
· Full time: 8:00 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
· Temp to Permanent position
· Pay: £11.44 per hour
· Immediate start
· Free Parking – Plush modern offices
Duties will include:
· Inbound and outbound calls to customers and other branches.
· Processing customer’s website placed orders.
· Processing internal branches placed orders.
· Liaising with customers via on-line chat and e-mail.
· Assisting customers when using the website.
. Speaking to their courier networks to maintain a smooth process.
Skills required:
· A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
· The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise.
· Previous Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
· Strong written and spoken English.
· Competency with IT software.
. Being able to work in both a team and individual environment.
Full Training will be provided of our clients in-house computer systems.
